In the glass, the stunning salmon pink color provides the luminous backdrop for the stream of tiny bubbles. Traditional fermentation in the bottle brings out the bouquet of a French bakery. The cuvée delivers subtle note of apple and pear. The finish is light, crisp, and refreshing.

This is an elegant, light and refreshing rose sparkling wine. It is intended to be a compliment to a variety of hor d’oeuvres and light cuisine. It stands well enough to be enjoyed on its own, however, we invite you to experiment.
